The Google Calendar app makes it easy to schedule your events and syncs across all your devices. Besides, you can also send event invitations on Google Calendar to let the other party receive the invitation and agree to participate in the event or not. Instructions for sending invitations on Google Calendar
First of all, you access the Google Calendar interface. Then tap a date to create an event on Google Calendar.
At this point, the interface to enter the appointment content, we Fill in the details for appointment as display interface.
Then at section Add Guest Click to send an invitation to the person you want to invite to the event. Enter your email address of the person you want to invite to the event. Once you have entered the email of the person you want to invite, you Click on Save.
This will immediately display a popup asking if you want to email event invitation to that person or not. We press Send to send an event invitation on Google Calendar.
Then in the Google Calendar interface will display the event. To change the event content, click on the calendar. At the calendar interface, we click on the pen icon to edit.
You can add people you want to invite to the event.
When the invitee opens Gmail and they’ll see an invitation to the event. They can then choose to participate in the event or not.
