Users are familiar with using Google Drive on a gmail account on their computer, but if you have access to Google Drive with 2 or more accounts, how do you feel?

How to use 2 Google Drive accounts at the same time
Use another Windows user account
What you need to do is create another person’s computer account on Windows and open the Google Drive app for other computers in the new account privileges.
Windows allows users to open accounts of applications in the same account, provided that the application account is opened in the privilege of another user account.
Here Taimienphi.vn will guide you how to create a new user account to open another Google Drive account and sync data.
Note: This tutorial is for Windows 10. If you are using Windows 7 or 8, you can refer to the steps on the Microsoft support site.
Make sure you have created the Admin account to have full data access.
Step 1: Access Windows Settings on the Start Menu, then click Accounts.
Step 2: Next choose Family & other people In the left pane, click Add someone else to this PC located under the item Other people.
Step 3: On the screen will display a new window, here you click I don’t have this person’s sign-in information.
Step 4: On the next window click select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
Step 5: Next, enter the username and password for the new account, then click next to create an account.
Step 6: To set up an account under Admin, click Change account type under the account you just created.

Set up 2nd Google Drive app sync
When you open the Google Drive app from a different user account, the steps are slightly different.
Here are the steps to set up the second Google Drive app.
Step 1: Open the 2nd Google Drive app and log in the secondary Google account you want to sync.
Step 2: Next click Choose Folder and select the folders on the computer you want to sync.
Step 3: If you want to access data on main account, access to folder Users in the Windows installation drive and open your main account. If notified, click tiếp tục.
Step 4: Just enter the password or pin code of the main account, and you can access the data in your account.
After selecting the folders you want to synchronize, click next and the synchronization process will complete.
The data in your secondary Google Drive account will be saved in a separate Google Drive folder displayed in the new user account directory. And everything you add to the sync folder will automatically sync.
Follow the same steps to sync multiple Google Drive accounts if desired.
Make sure you did the above installation steps when launching the 2nd Google Drive app. For some reason Windows will not allow users to set up the operating system from the same user account in the future.
Both of your Google Drive accounts will run and data will be synchronized. However, there are a few limitations that you should be aware of:
– You cannot open or manage secondary Google Drive application settings from the main user account. When you left-click or right-click on the main account, no menus are displayed. If you want to change your preferences in the future, you will have to log out and log in to the secondary user account and tweak the Google Drive settings there.
– You will have to manually open the extra Google Drive app every time you restart your computer.
– If you want to exit the Google Drive application, you will have to do it from Task Manager (open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
Above is how to use 2 Google Drive accounts at the same time. With just a few small tweaks, you can use 2 Google Drive accounts at the same time without having to pay any fees to buy 3rd party applications.
