Intel releases a new driver update package to improve WiFi and Bluetooth quality on Windows 11, Windows 10

Intel has just released a brand new driver package for Windows 10 and Windows 11, with a focus on improving the quality of wireless connections on the system, including WiFi and Bluetooth. In fact, the instability in wireless connection is something that Windows users have long complained about, so it is completely understandable that this new update package is receiving a lot of attention.

Unlike the previous driver update, which only focused on solving errors related to recently reported system problems, on this new update package Intel will focus almost exclusively on quality stability. wireless connection on Windows. It is also important to note that initial driver updates are provided by Intel through its update tool (Intel’s Driver & Support Assistant tool). Some notable changes related to WiFi

Intel says the latest WiFi driver update for Windows 10 and Windows 11 will resolve a bug that causes connection timeouts to be too long. This can happen because of the Access Point’s channel change request.

Another bug where the wireless adapter might fail to connect to the WPA/AES profile will be fixed in this release. Intel has also integrated Windows 11 support in the company’s PROSet/Wireless Software.

Driver updates are available for the following adapters:

  • AX201, AX200, 9560, 9260, 9462, 9461
  • 8265 and 8260.
  • 7265, 3165 and 3168.

Some notable changes related to Bluetooth
