Run any Command Prompt with Cortana

To run any Command Prompt with Cortana, first open File Explorer and paste the following link in the address bar:

Replace the above command with whatever you want to use and then click next.
On the next window, name any shortcut you want. In this example, the shortcut name is Sleep Computer.
Click here finish after completion. You should now see the new shortcut in the Programs folder.
