Bitcoin whales "discharge" when the market corrects again

Data from CryptoQuant shows whales are dumping Bitcoin as the market corrects.

Recently, the CEO of data analysis platform CryptoQuant, Ki Young Ju warned that the market is currently very uncertain when Bitcoin whales begin to handle digital assets.

Therefore, Ju advises “stop trading, be patient and wait for the next fluctuations”.

Accordingly, the data shows that whales started to dump as the market lost momentum this morning. Just a few days ago, Bitcoin’s situation was more positive when it first crossed the $40,000 mark, reaching $41,000 – the highest level in nearly a month.

However, this price could not hold for long as BTC lost support at the $40,000 region. The lowest price sometimes reached 37,000 USD before recovering slightly. Bitcoin dominance is still around 45%.

Besides, the altcoin market also has movements similar to Bitcoin. In the 24-hour timeframe, red dominates almost the entire altcoin market with top altcoins losing quite a bit of value since yesterday.
